Welcome to Swiss Hospitality Jobs ("we", "our", "the Company"). By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Service Description

We provide a one-time digital service that includes:

  • Creation of a professional CV tailored for the Swiss hospitality sector
  • Submission of the application to 100+ verified hotels currently hiring
  • General interview coaching tips via email

Our service ends upon the completion of these deliverables.

No Employment Guarantee

We do not guarantee employment or job offers. Our role is to assist with your application process. While we guarantee at least one interview opportunity, we cannot be held responsible if the hotel does not follow up after first contact.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Upload a clear, friendly, and recent profile picture
  • Check your email and phone regularly for interview responses

Failure to comply may affect your chances of receiving an interview.

Intellectual Property

All content provided to you, including your CV and application templates, remains the intellectual property of Swiss Hospitality Jobs and may not be resold, reused, or redistributed without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Jurisdiction lies with the courts of Zurich.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a one-time application and CV service. Due to the manual and digital nature of our work, we do not provide cash refunds under any circumstance.

If you do not receive at least one documented interview opportunity within 14 days of full submission, we may repeat the application process one time for free.

The determination of whether an interview opportunity was provided is at our sole discretion, based on communication logs with hotels.

By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Privacy Policy

Swiss Hospitality Jobs values your privacy and processes your data in accordance with GDPR.

Data We Collect

We collect personal information you provide, including:

  • Name, birthdate, nationality, email, phone number
  • Work history, education, uploaded documents
  • IP address and device information for analytics

Purpose of Collection

We use this data to:

  • Create your CV
  • Apply to hotels on your behalf
  • Inform you of next steps
  • Comply with legal obligations

Data Sharing

We share your data only with hotels to which we apply on your behalf. We do not sell your data.

Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored securely on EU servers and retained for 12 months unless deletion is requested.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Request a copy of your data
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
